Returns

If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll explain how to return it.

Unopened items in resalable condition can be returned for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Certain hygiene and consumable products cannot be returned once opened.

If returned products reduce the retained order value below £100, the free product must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If it is not returned, its stated retail value may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
