Free product when you spend £100

You qualify when your merchandise subtotal reaches £100 or more. The subtotal is calculated after any discounts and before delivery charges. Gift cards and excluded items don't count towards the total.

Once you qualify, you can choose one eligible, in-stock product worth up to £10 from our dedicated free gift collection. The product is added to your basket at £0.00.

The free product is not a £10 discount, a £10 credit or £10 in cash, and it can't be exchanged for money off your order. Only products in the free gift collection can be chosen, and only one free product is allowed per order.

You must actively choose your free product — nothing is added automatically. You can change your choice at any point before checkout.

If your basket later falls below £100, the free product is removed automatically and you'll be told how much more you need to spend to unlock it again.

If returned products reduce the retained order value below £100, the free product must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If it is not returned, its stated retail value may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
